GREENWICH produced a blistering opening 15 minutes scoring three times.
Leading scorer Charlie Mac- Donald netted twice inside five minutes and Mohamed Eisa also hit a stunning free-kick from 25 yards out.
It was not quite the same in the second period as Bay tried to compete against this very strong Borough side.
MacDonald completed his hat-trick scoring Borough’s fourth in the 79th minute. Substitute Peter Sweeney added a fifth five minutes from time.
