Tom Jennings struck a last-gasp winner to maintain St Albans City’s winning summer.
Jennings’ 88th minute strike was enough to see off visitors Wealdstone 1-0.
Leo Sery had an early effort for the home side with Max Kretzschmar then going close for the National League visitors, Magnus Norman denying him with a good save.
The second half saw Sakariya Hassan drag an effort wide for the Stones and that proved costly when Jennings crashed the ball into the far corner with two minutes left.
