ALAN DOWSON admitted his Hampton & Richmond Borough side are having to find a way to make pre-season work while a 3G pitch is installed at the Beveree.
The Beavers boss admitted he has to “knuckle down and start getting our squad together” following a second win in two friendlies against Step 3 opposition in Carshalton, while looking at a range of trialists.
