ERITH AXE BOSS DUO

NEW Erith Town chief executive Mark Deveney has immediately axed the Southern Counties East side’s management team.
Ian Jenkins and Ricky Bennett, whose side finished fourth from bottom, have left after Deveney decided he wanted fresh faces.
“I felt I needed to have my own appointments going into a new season,” said Deveney.
“I genuinely would like to thank both Jenko and Ricky for all their efforts in keeping the club up last season and wish them all the very best for the future.”
