AS A Forest Green Rovers fan I did, of course, enjoy a great day out at Wembley for the play-off final recently. However, I do have a great deal of sympathy for Tranmere Rovers and their supporters.
Any team that accrues 95 league points in a season would expect promotion and this injustice strengthens the argument for automatic promotion for the top two in the National League.
