AMBITIOUS Newport Pagnell Town are being helped in their latest promotion bid by a local housebuilder.
The United Counties Premier outfit are aiming to reach Step 3 within five years, but need to upgrade their Willen Road home, with a new stand, new turnstiles and a toilet block.
Redrow Homes, who are building new houses less than two miles from the club, have offered £1000 in architects’ fees to design the necessary ground improvements, which the club are hoping to complete by April.
