CHAMPIONS The New Saints secured their first win of the season with a 3-0 Welsh Premier triumph over Bala Town.
Saints broke the deadlock on 57 minutes when Blaine Hudson headed home from a corner.
The champions doubled their lead five minutes later through Wes Fletcher and he then scored his second with a sublime finish.
Cardiff Metropolitan University shocked Bangor City 3-1. Eliot Evans opened the scoring, and a double from Adam Roscrow put Cardiff in full control but Bangor threatened a comeback through Gary Taylor-Fletcher.
