IT’S JERRY’S BATH TIME

JERRY GILL believes his love for Bath City will help him be a success in his first role as manager.
The former City player, who gained promotion to the Premier League with Birmingham City as a player, was appointed as new Romans chief following the shock departure of Gary Owers to Torquay.
Gill, who has coached the Norwich City U18s and Wolves U23 sides, beat “a number of high-calibre candidates” to the top job at Twerton Park.
And after making over 200 appearances for City, the 47-year-old believes he is at the right place to launch a successful career in management.
