Beck in the old routine

IN RESPONSE to Graham Car r’s comments re garding Mark Beck (Fans’ Forum, March 31), I fully agree and have been making the same comments for some weeks.
Having refereed at Step 5 for some years it beggars belief how someone of Mark Beck’s height gets penalised for nudging into a player around a foot shorter than him, yet when a player wrestles him to the g round, WWE-style, the officials turn a blind eye.
It doesn’t matter whether you are 6’3” or 5’3”, an offence is an offence. I plead with all officials to act in a fair and consistent manner...
