WEMBLEY BOUND: Chertsey celebrate

AFTER my own club, Redbridge, were knocked out of the FA Vase in round three, I predicted to colleagues that Chertsey Town looked so impressive they could well go all the way to Wembley.
So, I followed them on that journey, culminating in their semi-final win over Northwich Victoria on Saturday. Manager Dave Anderson has done wonders with his team and Chertsey Town’s committee are a class act! Good luck at Wembley.
