PAUL HUGHES admits Hayes & Yeading’s season went far beyond his own expectations after they waltzed to the Bostik South Central title with four games to spare. The west Londoners opened up an unassailable 17-point lead at the top of the table last Saturday – racking up a whopping 119 goals in the process – to seal their return to Step 3. “I couldn’t really be much happier with the way things have gone”, delighted boss Hughes told The NLP.
