THE WALKOVER many expected didn’t materialise as relegation-threatened Molesey came within a whisker of victory over champions-elect Hayes & Yeading.
The Moles surged into a 2-0 lead and it looked like they’d overhaul South Park and climb out of the relegation zone with two games to play.
But Hayes, who have found the net an incredible 126 times this term, showed their firepower late on.
