WESSEX LEAGUE
LEAGUE leaders Alresford Town capitulated in the second-half in the rain as they ended up losing 7-1 away at Fareham Town in the Premier Division. Fareham were 3-1 up with just twenty minutes to play but the Creeksiders proceeded to score another four to wrap up an impressive home win.
AFC Portchester moved joint-second following a 3-2 home win against Fleet Town. Dan Wooden scored twice for the home side.
Portland United also kept up their excellent recent form with a 3-1 home win against Cowes Sports after coming from behind at The Grove.
