Get real FA – our volunteers need a break!
ENOUGH is enough. Surely now it’s time for FA chiefs to accept that their international clearance rules and regulations are both out of touch in the modern world and almost impossible for our excellent and invaluable club volunteers to police.
Already this season we’ve had the ludicrous situation where Grays Athletic were thrown out of the FA Cup for committing the exact same offence as Liverpool, who were given a slap on the wrist on route to the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
