NEW Erith & Belvedere boss Del Oldfield saw first hand the extent of the problems facing the Southern Counties East Premier strugglers – they were hammered 10-0 in his first game in charge.
Tuesday night’s crushing by Vase semi-finalists Corinthian was Oldfield’s bow since coming in from being reserve team boss at Division One side Stansfeld to take over from Deres’ interim boss Stuart Webb.
Webb had been placed in charge after Owen Jones walked out with his entire squad on January 26.
