Time to bring insalary control,insists Doswell

PAUL DOSWELL insists football must introduce a wage cap and protect clubs from ‘maniac owners’.
The Havant & Waterlooville boss is a big advocate of using the coronavirus hiatus to address some of the game’s burning issues.
And with many clubs on the brink because of the global health crisis, the experienced and successful Non- League manager is adamant controlled spending must be brought in.
