CHRIS: SCRAP, CAP AND CHANGE GAME…

CHRIS Waddle believes the season at all levels should be scrapped, a salary cap introduced and the Non-League g ame should become more regionalised at the top level. The former England winger says now is the perfect time to change the game for the better.
Waddle, a huge Non- League fan, addressed the issue of the 2019-20 season being cancelled at Steps 3-7 with a decision still to come on the National League, EFL and Premier League.
