KEV WATSON says he didn’t expect the call that his Ebbsfleet United contract wouldn’t be renewed - but insists he can walk away with his head held high.
The 46-year-old was a surprise departure this week having stabilised the Fleet’s season when he took over in October, initially as caretaker, after Garry Hill left.
