AMBITIOUS Leon Scott is eager to test himself higher up the Non-League ladder – and is eyeing a Bashley promotion charge.
Scott took his first coaching steps as a 19-year-old student at Southampton Solent University. It triggered his interest in helping develop players and he’s gained plenty of experience in the decade since.
The Bournemouth native enjoyed regional and national success with Brockenhurst College and has worked hard to hone his skills at Bashley over the last five years.
