SOMETHING TO SHOUT ABOUT: Jake Cottrell has left Chorley to join Ashton United

ASHTON UNITED manager Michael Clegg says new signing Jake Cottrell is the perfect fit.
Cottrell, 32, has joined the NPL Premier side after leaving Chorley, who he helped to promotion to the National League through the 2018-19 National League North play-offs.
And the capture of the former FC United midfielder has delighted the Robins boss.
