BLOOD LOSS IS MAJOR BLOW

DROYLSDEN’S decision to withdraw from the Northern Premier League next season has left the Non-League community in shock.
The Manchester team’s chairman and manager Dave Pace wrote to the league this week declaring that the club could not afford to maintain itself due to the pandemic.
The Bloods gained national attention in 2009, when they beat then League Two side Darlington and Chesterfield on their way to the FA Cup third round.
