ON THE UP: Weymouth manager Mark Molesley

WHAT an amazing job Mark Molesley has done to steer Weymouth to back-to-back promotions into the National League - I just hope now the Terras can keep him!
After Eddie Howe walked out on AFC Bournemouth - the club where Molesley works as a youth-team coach - it strikes me that the Terras boss is just the type of young, up-and-coming manager that the Cherries need - and could turn to - to win back their Premier League place.
