LEE WORGAN reckons he’s joined a ‘sleeping giant’ in Chelmsford City.
The 36-year-old goalkeeper has joined the Clarets after announcing he was to leave National League side Dover Athletic to pursue a full-time career in teaching.
Worgan has made well over 500 appearances in a glittering career which started at Wimbledon and saw him take in Wycombe Wanderers, Cardiff City, Eastbourne Borough, Merthyr Tydfil, Hastings United, Tonbridge Angels and Maidstone United before joining Dover in October 2018.
