BARNES BAGS A TREBLE!

STAINES Town have continued their rebuild with a triple swoop.
The Swans finished third bottom of the Isthmian South Central last season, but manager Paul Barnes has ambitious plans for a steady climb back up the Pyramid.
He has unveiled midfielder Ben Cotton, who omes “highly recommended” from his old boss at Corinthian Casuals, James Bracken, plus two former Crystal Palace trainees in Kain Adom and Exuace Bizima.
Adom, a full-back, has been at Palace since he was seven, while midfielder Bizima has also turned out for academy sides at Barnet and Barnsley as well as Brentford B....
