MARK Jackson suggests sharing out the FA Cup funds equally, asking what have the FA and Premier League got to lose (NLP, Aug 30). The answer, in one word is MONEY!
The FA treat Non- League with disdain… what about paying back the fines imposed on a curtailed season…? ‘Sorry, old bean, that pays for the hospitality bar at Wembley!’
The Greed Is Great League do not care a tinker’s cuss. After all they have to pay their manager’s five million a year…. and their players three hundred thousand a week. Sorry Mark, dream on.
