EXIT: Maldon chief Ed Garty

ED Garty has stepped down as chairman of Maldon & Tiptree after ten years following the decision to make the 2019-20 season null and void.
The Jammers were 13 points clear at the top of Isthmian North when the campaign was cut short.
The Essex-based club were enjoying a memorable season after reaching the FA Cup second round until it ended on an abrupt and sour note, which Garty feels has left him no choice but to step away.
