Real football in a real environment

WHAT an inspired column by Tony Incenzo (NLP, October 18). Rarely has the nail been hit so firmly on the head as with this wonderfully well-written piece.
I no longer have to put up with the ill-informed comments from erstwhile work colleagues as to the relative worth of Non-League football as I have retired, but football websites and comments sections are full to the rafters with insults and puerile drivel from so -called supporters of cash cow rip-off clubs.
I happen to be a supporter of Torquay United and, OK I may only make it down there a couple of times a season, but it is a long way ...
