Is it the end of replays?

MARINE’S wonderful penalties win over Colchester United got me thinking. Is it time to scrap FA Cup replays permanently?
I know smaller clubs benefit from them but replays often favour the bigger teams.
Whereas, extra time and penalties would give smaller teams a better chance of winning and going through to the next round with a chance, of course, of playing someone even bigger.
