LUKE TUFFS says the conversations started by Rainbow Laces are really important to help the LGBT community in football and society.
Ashford Town (Middx) boss Tuffs has been blazing a trail for equality in Non-League football for a number of years as a gay coach with Hartley Wintney before going it along as manager at Knaphill last season and now the Isthmian Division One South Central outfit.
He believes his experiences in the semi-professional game have shown the Non-League community is an accepting one.
