Such a treat to watch at Step 16

LAST Saturday was D-Day for me with the return of spectators to watch local football.
In perhaps a less glamorous setting than some, a village game at Step 16 – at a rough calculation – was my destination.
At half-time, ladies at the adjacent Village Hall provided a choice of homemade cakes, bacon rolls, tea, coffee and soft drinks. All Covid secure.
And there was some pretty talented players on show too!
