BENGAL BOYS FRONT FA IN ISLAM ROW

SPORTING Bengal United are demanding urgent talks with The FA over its stance on Islamophobia.
The Essex Senior League club – formed in 1996 to challenge the under-representation of Asians in British football – have instructed solicitors Rahman Lowe to forward their concerns in the wake of the resignation of the FA’s non-executive director Stacey Cartwright.

It is alleged that she quit following the FA’s National Gaming Board’s decision to offer “fellowship rights” to former council member Brian Jones.
