Much has changed since the Mariners last visited Hayes Lane in February 2016. Back then, the Ravens were part-time novices still finding their feet in the top flight following promotion from National South.
Paul Hurst’s Grimsby were seasoned veterans whose campaign would culminate in promotion to the EFL with victory over Forest Green in the play-off final.
