Egham Town confirm departure of manager Tony Choules

The former Northwood and Uxbridge chief took charge of the Sarnies two years ago.

COMBINED Counties outfit are on the lookout for a new manager following the resignation of experienced boss Tony Choules.

The former and chief took charge of the Sarnies two years ago.

On Friday, Choules tweeted: “I regret to announce that I have resigned from my position of first team manager at Egham Town FC along with my assistant/coach Paul Mills and assistant coach Damian Payne.

“I believe that Egham FC now need leadership that knows this environment to lead them where they belong.”

The club said: “Unfortunately Tony Choules, our fabulous manager, has resigned this morning for personal reasons.

“We are extremely sad that Tony has gone.”
