ELLIOTT STEPS UP

FORMER Marlow Town number two Eliot Whitehouse has been appointed as the new manager of Wokingham & Emmbrook.
A former youth player at Reading, Wycombe Wanderers, and Crystal Palace, Whitehouse, 30, has also turned out for Burnham, Henley Town, Hartley Wintney, Hungerford Town and Woodley United. He has also coached Reading FC Women.
At Lowther Road, he replaces Dan Bateman and Matt Eggleston who stood down two weeks ago. The pair will assist in other roles at the Combined Counties League Premier North outfit.
