AARON Blair has completed a remarkable climb from the Essex Olympian League to the National League after signing for Dagenham & Redbridge.
The 21-year-old has scored 100 goals in the last three seasons for Ongar and has impressed Daggers boss Daryl Mc-Mahon during a pre-season trial.
