FA Cup day again or there’s the option of a Groundhop UK event in the Witney & District League. The latter is tempting but the FA Cup wins out again. It’s also a chance to get a brand new ground out of the way in the shape of York’s LNER Community Stadium.

FA Cup day again or there’s the option of a Groundhop UK event in the Witney & District League. The latter is tempting but the FA Cup wins out again. It’s also a chance to get a brand new ground out of the way in the shape of York’s LNER Community Stadium.
The first problem is getting in. As soon as tickets go on sale, the system crashes. Two hours and several phone calls later, I finally have tickets for The Fox and I (£12 with £8 concessions) plus an extra fiver for parking. I have trawled the internet for alternative parking places ...
