HAYES & YEADING’S dreams were stifled by a Sutton United team who kept the electric Moses Emmanuel and Francis Amartey at bay for most of the 90 minutes.

HAYES & YEADING’S dreams were stifled by a Sutton United team who kept the electric Moses Emmanuel and Francis Amartey at bay for most of the 90 minutes.
They simply could not get the better of Sutton’s well-disciplined midfield and defence, and were eventually undone by a delicious curling shot from Will Randall.
A relieved Sutton assistant manager Jason Goodliffe said: “I am delighted we got through. We knew it was going to be a difficult cup tie. But we had to work very hard to get the win.”
