ADE COLE’S early goal set Haringey up for a much-needed win.
A young Brightlingsea team started in a lively mood. However Boro had several good openings but could not convert.
After 16 minutes Brightlingsea came close with an effort that Boro keeper Lamar Johnson managed to diverted for a corner.
However in the 27th minute an over-hit corner was collected neatly by Cole inside the 18-yard box and he swivelled quickly and his low drive went past Charlie Turner in goal for Brightlingsea.
