PHIL PARKINSON was extremely pleased with the manner of the Wrexham performance as they made it into the quarter finals of the Buildbase FA Trophy.
Goals from Ollie Palmer, Jordan Davies, and Aaron Hayden secured the victory against a strong Boreham Wood side, fresh from their the huge scalp FA Cup scalp against Bournemouth last weekend.
The visitors struggled to get a foothold in the tie, and the closest they came was through Tyrone Marsh, who narrowly put his effort wide of Rob Lainton’s goal.
