THE NATIONAL League season reaches its crescendo this afternoon as Solihull Moors aim to reach the EFL for the first time in their history while Grimsby Town are out to make an instant return.
The Promotion Final takes place at the London Stadium with the duo battling it out to follow champions Stockport County.
