DOUBLE ACT FOR HIPPOS

HONITON Town have chosen players Leroy Venn and Daniel Tavender as their new management team.
Chairman Roger Doble said that both turned out for the Hippos last season when the South West Peninsula Premier East side effectively ran itself in the aftermath of the Covid lockdowns and ended up in 15th place.
Both previously played for other local teams, but this is their first step in management.
They will be assisted by Ben Ede and Andy Isaac who helped run the side last season.
