NUNEATON Borough’s recruitment drive has been inspired by last season’s champions Banbury United – but boss Jimmy Ginnelly is avoiding outlandish targets.
For large chunks of last season it looked like the former Conference giants would drop out of Southern League Premier Division Central and back to Step 4, the level that reformed Nuneaton Town climbed back from in 2008.
Owner and manager Ginnelly came to the rescue amid a fresh financial storm in December 2018 with the club already on its way down from National North. ...
