■ LYE goal machine Joe Palmer was at it again as Ben Billingham’s dead-ball deliveries saw the hosts to a comfortable victory.
Palmer opened the scoring in the 14th minute, ghosting in front of his marker in the six-yard box to convert a Billingham free-kick.
And defender Adam Meacham doubled Lye’s lead less than a minute later, converting a free header in the box from Billingham’s inswinging corner from the right.
