STOCKSBRIDGE Park Steels ended their year with a confident win over rivals Sheffield FC.
It couldn’t have started better for the Steels as they got their goal within two minutes. A defensive mistake allowed Tomas Poole to break through and he played it back to Luke Rawson who went one-on-one and chipped the keeper to scored.
In the second half, Stocksbridge pressed home their advantage. Poole’s corner was met by Charlie Oglesby, whose header went past several defenders before nestling into the net.
