RAMPANT Ramsgate stretched their lead at the top at the Isthmian South East table to six points with a comfortable 3-1 win against local rivals Herne Bay in front of a crowd of over 1,600 at the Southwood Stadium.
Alfie Paxman put the Rams in front before top scorer Joe Taylor took over with a magnificent hat-trick to take his tally for the season to 31. Kane Rowland replied for Herne Bay.
