■ TWO goals from George Boyd kept Wythenshawe Town top of the Premier, their 2-1 win over Ramsbottom United keeping them just ahead of Bury.
Boyd’s 90th-minute winner was cruel on a spirited Ramsbottom outfit, who had gone in at the break level thanks to Harvey Hayhurst’s equaliser.
Bury were held to a 2-2 draw at home to Burscough in front of close to 3,000 spectators, the visitors scoring late on to pick up a point which will greatly boost their bid to avoid relegation.
