THE SPOILS were shared on Valentine’s Day in Essex as Michael Faulkner’s firsthalf opener was cancelled out by Boreham Wood’s Keanu Flemming.
Southend were in cruise control throughout most of the first half but were pegged back when the defence switched off and allowed Flemming to net the equaliser.
