DEFLATED: Rovers boss Marcus Bowers

MAGNANIMOUS boss Marcus Bowers hailed the “touch of class” displayed by defeated Great Wakering Rovers in giving Romford a guard of honour after the FA Vase final.
Bowers admitted his lads had been second best throughout a 3-0 defeat at Wembley but was as proud of the humility they showed at the end of a heartbreaking afternoon as he was of the nine-match run it took to reach the showpiece.
