But despite having turned out for the likes of Portsmouth, Colchester United and Northampton Town, Kabamba is yet to score a goal in the and the former hitman is determined to finally get off the mark for Andy Woodman’s League Two Ravens.

“It’s great to be back playing in the League,” Kabamba told Ravens TV. “I haven’t scored a goal in the EFL yet so it will be nice to get the chance to finally do that.

“I’m really happy to get it over the line. Being in the EFL is an attractive [proposition]. It’s a change, but a good change, which is good for my career, so I’m 100 per cent happy.”

Kabamba’s arrival came just 24 hours after Bees boss Brennan added to his front line with the signing of striker Lee Ndlovu.

Brennan said: “It was great that all parties got the deal done and we feel joy for each other.”
