WIN-GATE MAKE MOST OF ERRORS BY HORNETS

THE Hornets missed the chance to take advantage of the two sides above them slipping up as they fell to a disappointing home defeat to Wingate & Finchley.
Horsham were left to rue two individual errors that proved fatal in a match which largely failed to hit the heights. The hosts earned a flurry of early corners but could not make them count against a determined Blues defence in which Ben Frempah was outstanding.
The closest they came were two on-target James Hammond free kicks that had to be turned aside by Charlie Grainger.
